Sharda Motor Industries Ltd. is looking for an energetic and passionate Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team.

Position: Engineer – Maintenance

Location: Mahindra World City

Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15 days or less will be preferred.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and maintain equipment in Test Facilities & Proto Development Centre.

• Schedule and execute Preventive Maintenance of Air Conditioning Units (Split / VRF / Air-Cooled Chiller).

• Carry out preventive maintenance and efficiency improvements of R&D facilities/equipment.

• Plan & execute Preventive and Annual Maintenance of Air Conditioning Systems / Air Handling Units.

• Maintain failure & history logs for all facility equipment.

• Procure and maintain required spares for Air Conditioning Systems, Compressor Units, and other Utility Systems.

✅ Who We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience in maintenance of HVAC & utility systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment.

• Ensure production meets VinFast’s stringent quality standards.

• Analyze, evaluate & resolve product quality issues.

• Lead & mentor a team of quality professionals.

✅ Requirements / தகுதிகள்:

• 10+ years’ experience in Quality Management.
  (10 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மேற்பட்ட அனுபவம் தர மேலாண்மையில்)

• Proven record as Quality Assurance Manager / Senior-level role.
  (குவாலிட்டி அஷ்யூரன்ஸ் மேனேஜர் அல்லது சீனியர் நிலை பொறுப்பில் அனுபவம்)

• Automotive industry knowledge & hands-on experience.
  (ஆட்டோமொபைல் துறை குறித்த ஆழ்ந்த அறிவும் நேரடி அனுபவமும்)

• Fluent in English (mandatory).
  (ஆங்கிலத்தில் நன்கு பேசக்கூடியவர் – கட்டாயம்)

• Preference for candidates with India experience & Tamil fluency.
