🧑🏭 Position: Maintenance Engineer – Electrical & Mechanical
🏭 Department: Maintenance (RIM Manufacturing & Ni–Cr Plating Plant)
📍 Location: Vallam Plant
🔸 Responsibilities
-
Preventive & breakdown maintenance of RIM machines & Ni-Cr plating line
-
Troubleshooting electrical panels, PLC I/O, sensors, VFD, rectifiers
-
Mechanical maintenance of pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, chillers
-
Maintain Ni-Cr plating rectifiers, heaters, exhaust, scrubber, dosing pumps
-
Utility maintenance – compressors, DG set, RO plant, cooling tower
-
Maintain PM records, breakdown reports, spare parts management
-
Ensure safety compliance & proper LOTO practices
🔸 Skills Required

Strong electrical + mechanical troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of plating equipment (added advantage)

Ability to read electrical & mechanical drawings

Diploma / BE – Mechanical or Electrical
