• Rural markets-ல mortgage business grow பண்ண lead generation & account opening

• Household-level customer mapping & direct interaction

• Loan disbursal பிறகு end-user verification checks

• Monthly & yearly loan booking targets achieve பண்ணுதல்

• New business, referrals & customer retention மூலம் branch sales targets achieve பண்ணுதல்

• Proper loan documentation prepare பண்ணி rejections avoid பண்ணுதல்

• Operations officer-கூட coordinate பண்ணி accurate data entry
